Racin Homes is a privately owned company based in Port Allen, LA. The management team of Racin Homes laid the foundation of the company on a simple mission statement:

Racin Homes takes pride in the solid foundation of our business. We are recipients of numerous awards for customer satisfaction and service after the sale. We are land/home financing specialist, offer competitive pricing, and assist first time buyers with unique plans specifically tailored to make possible their dream of home ownership.


Each manufacturer of the homes we represent offers unique features and the amenities our customer's desire. That's why we represent five outstanding manufacturers: Riverbirch, Waverlee, Cappaert, Lexington, and Oak Creek... Come let us show the difference!


The homes we sell are constructed with many the same materials as site built homes, and adhere to a rigid set of federal and state building codes strictly enforced by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and all applicable state agencies. We Insist on that! The safety and well being of our customers and their families is most important to us.

Some Other Stuff

We offer single section homes that range in size from 720 to 1,180 square feet. Various plans have two to three bedrooms per home. Our multi-section homes range from 1,040 to 2,280 square feet. All homes come equipped complete with kitchen appliances, dishwasher, central air conditioning & heating, and all around skirting.
